"Private Todd" is the tenth episode of the second season, and the fiftieth episode of The Replacements.
Synopsis[]
Agent K has been overprotective towards Todd lately, so Todd has her spyproof his room to get some privacy; after a mishap involving shaving cream, Todd needs Agent K's help.
Plot[]
On Picture Day, Riley replaces the regular photographer with a fashion photographer. When Todd gets his picture taken, Agent K suddenly arrives to fix his hair, and she ends up in the picture. Todd has been under constant surveillance since he detonated his mother's emergency disguise kit.
Dick Daring orders the Fleemco Foamy 4000 shaving cream delivery system, which can dispense shaving cream in every room of the house. Meanwhile, Todd tries to get his mother to leave him alone. Agent K, Dick, and Riley all follow him into his room, and Mr. Daring punches a hole in Todd's wall so he can install piping for the Foamy 4000. Todd gets Riley and Dick to leave his room, but his mother hides in a toy chest. Agent K admits that she has been overprotective towards Todd, so she declares Todd's room to be off-limits. To prove it, Agent K spyproofs the room. She removes her tracking devices and installs a metal soundproof door.
Todd pushes Agent K out of his room after she finishes spyproofing it. She gives Todd a code word in case he wants to leave his room. All day, Agent K cannot stop thinking about Todd, and little things remind her of him.
Jacobo arrives with two tickets to an Orangutan Crew concert. Agent K tells him that Todd wants privacy, so Jacobo takes Riley to the concert instead. During this time, a Foamy 4000 pipe bursts above Todd's room, and his room fills up with shaving cream. Todd cannot escape because the shaving cream broke the fingerprint scanners.

When Jacobo and Riley return from the concert, they see shaving cream leaking from under Todd's door. They run downstairs to tell Agent K, but Agent K thinks they are just saying that to cheer her up. Then, Todd calls her and uses the safe word.
The shaving cream had shorted out the electronic lock, so to get rid of the excess shaving cream, Agent K makes her husband shave his entire body. Then, Agent K, Riley, Jacobo, and Prince Cinnamon Boots follow suit. After Todd escapes, he laughs at his hairless family, but then Mr. Daring shaves Todd's head.
Epilogue[]
The Darings and Jacobo, who are all now bald, pose for the fashion photographer.

- Dick breaks the bathroom door and screams "Here's Dicky", a reference to The Shining.
- While Mr. Daring installs the Foamy 4000, a soundalike of "The Gonk" by Herbert Chappell plays.
- This is one of a few episodes where we see Todd with a different hairstyle. In this care, his hair was combed.
